With more than 25 years of experience in the rail transportation sector and in the management of major infrastructure projects, Daphne has held senior leadership positions within renowned organizations such as CN, exo, and more recently the Alto high-speed rail project. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the planning, development, and implementation of complex strategic programs that have had a transformative impact on mobility and transportation networks.

Her expertise includes rail technologies, network planning, management of technical and operational interfaces, governance, and the coordination of multiple stakeholders in highly complex environments. She also has solid experience in infrastructure project management, particularly in multidisciplinary contexts requiring close integration between engineering, operations, public partners, municipalities, and private-sector stakeholders.
